Justin Farris brings years of student housing investment, development and management expertise to Spectra Student Living. Most recently, Justin launched and oversaw investment, development, management and acquisition initiatives as Managing Director for Mainstreet Student Living, a full-service student housing company. His varied experience within the student living industry spans from his role as Vice President for Birge & Held in Carmel, IN, to Director of Sales, Marketing and Training for Trinitas Ventures in Lafayette, IN. He also previously held this position for Greystone Property Management in Indianapolis and Edwards Communities in Columbus, Ohio. In addition, Justin held positions as Director of Marketing for Gene. B. Glick and Barrett & Stokely.   

Through Justin’s experience, he brings vast insight into the corporate, management, and acquisitions and development components of the industry. He has collaborated and built teams with architects, engineers and financial, legal and construction professionals and has overseen daily internal and student operations for large-scale projects.  

Justin attended Ball State University, where he studied advertising, journalism and business marketing.
